How does EMS training work?
EMS stands for Electrical Muscle Stimulation. This is a training program that stimulates and strengthens muscles through stimulation. These stimulations are incorporated into the suit you wear during training. The suit and stimulators are connected to a machine that determines the resistance of each muscle group. To overcome this resistance we are doing floor exercises to actively get the body moving and training.
What muscles can be trained with EMS?
With EMS, you train all major muscle groups at the same time. The deeper muscle stimulation and the fact that the stimulation is given all the time makes it easier to train muscle groups that are usually harder to train. For example, consider the pelvic floor muscles or lower back muscles in women. With EMS we train the following muscle groups: Shoulders leg buttocks lower, middle and upper back Chest abdomen.
