Pleutorus Florida is a high protein variety of oyster mushroom and is grown in most hygienic conditions in our plant. Temperature is maintained inside the plant in the range of 25 to 30 degree celcius by using foggers. A stringent protocol of practices is followed to ensure best quality white mushroom. The spwan is prepared inhouse in our spawn lab and is used exclusively. The paddy straw used is of high quality and grown organically. No chemicals are used in the entire process and hence our product is organic. We sell it in the Indian markets with a brand name of "Sehat" which is a hindi term for Health.
