process of manufacture:
1) mushroom are clearly washed before frozen and metal detected before packed,
2) mushroom are dia 1-4cm, stem< 2, or as buyer's request, or the size buyer request,
3) mushroom are individually quick frozen, later the core temperate of each one reachs minus 18 C,
4) mushroom are packed in food grade polylined cartons then stored at minus 18C or less till dispatch to end users.
