Customized Pultrusion FRP Round Square Tube Fiberglass Tubes FRP pultruded tubes, also known as fiber-reinforced polymer pultruded tubes, are composite materials made by combining continuous fibers with a polymer resin matrix. Pultrusion is the manufacturing process used to produce these tubes.
In the pultrusion process, continuous fibers, such as fiberglass, carbon fiber, or aramid, are impregnated with a liquid resin, typically polyester, vinyl ester, or epoxy. The impregnated fibers are then pulled through a heated die, where the resin cures and forms a solid composite shape. The die imparts the desired cross-sectional shape to the tube, which can be round, square, rectangular, or custom profiles.
