During the present five years, in China, 80% of surface melt hollow ball perlite that are used for wall thermal mortar are produced by perlite expanded furnaces manufactured by our company. At present, many countries in the world, such as America, Canada, Australia, Harland, Thailand, Russia, Korea, increasingly began to adopt our perlite expanded furnaces to produce newly wall insulating materials.
The seller should send engineer and technician to install and adjust the machines, and our engineer and technician are also responsible for the training of the buyer's workers, however, do not worry about the passport of them.The buyer should be responsible for each of our engineer and technician's accommodation, meals, round-trip tickets, self-security. The Construction Period will be divided into two stage: In the first stage our technician will be dispatched for the installation, it'll last for 30Â days and our technician should be payed 70$ per day abroad. In the second stage our engineer will be dispatched for debugging and adjusting, it'll last for 15days and the engineer should be totally payed 3280$ abroad.
2. Guarantee terms: All the machines excluding spare parts are guaranteed 12 months after the installation. Spare parts can be replaced on favorably for the buyer.
3. Quality assurance:Â All the products have passed the quality system certification of ISO9001:2000.
4. Commodity inspection: The seller will assist the buyer to do the commodity inspection and other export affairs.  Â
5. Trade Terms:Â EXW Basis.
6. Type of Shipping:Â By Sea.
7. Payment Terms: 30% of total amount paid by T/T as advance payment, Â 70% balance is paid by T/T after the receipt of the Fax copy of B/L.
