CATS EYE ROAD STUD
The cat's eye is a retroreflective safety device used in road marking. Used for the centre of a road, particularly roads lacking street lighting, but they can also be used to mark dual carriageways, hard shoulders etc. These unique cats eye road studs absorb light so they glow yellow/green in the dark while also reflecting light. They are a low cost, no energy consumption, zero emission glow and reflective cats eye which can emit light for up to 12 hours in the dark, rain, fog etc then recharge with daytime UV. Their main principle is to absorb energy—store light (natural light, vehicle lights, street lights etc.) during the day and energy-release light at night.
Cats eye road studs can effectively improve the safety level of road driving at night.
