Black summer truffles of the tuberaceae family. The fruiting body is most often spherical, but regularly irregularly shaped. The fruit is dense and firm with a special penetrating odor, which intensifies with the maturation of the fungus. The diameter reaches 10 cm, but most fruiting bodies reach about 5 cm. The habitat of the fungus is mainly in deciduous forests, which form mycorrhiza with different types of trees. It is most common in oak, hornbeam, pine, hazelnut, and linden. the mushroom is seasonal and grows from May to the end of September. It is opened with specially trained dogs, which are trained from their first days. The most common breeds are Cocker Spaniel, Lago and Bangs. With two dogs on average, they gain from 3 to 6 kg per day.
