Structural Feature:
This mill is made up of feed system, discharge outlet, main bearing, barrel part, gears, reducer and motor. The barrel part is welded by steel coils and in-built install wearable liner, maintenance port is placed in barrel part for maintenance and service work.
Working Principle:
When barrel rotating, material and grinding balls will close contact with liners under centrifugal force, due to the friction, the material and grinding ball rotates to a certain height together with barrel, and then the material and grinding balls fall down at the same time due to gravity, as a result the material broken up by friction, meanwhile sliding friction take place between materials and liner to grind the materials.
