A1. Yes, we offer one free samples, freight on buyer\'s account. But if you require samples more than 3 pieces, sample fees and freight fees shuold be paied by buyer.

A2. Yes. You just need to send me your drawings, technical parameters, packing requirements or other special requirement. We make a sample for you to inspect. After sample checked qualified, we start to do massive production.
Q3. How long is your products warranty?
A3. The warranty depends on product species.Mostly12 months, anything wrong in this period can be sent back to inspect and repair freely, expect repair products.
Q4. How long will it take to process?
A4.: Our main products will take 15 to 20 days to process, while others will take 20 to 30 days.
