Detailed Product Description
AT201-SV inclinometer (accelerometer Tilt Sensor)
First, Characteristics of the Product
Silicon micro-machined sensor measures the two-axis inclination change by taking the horizontal plane as its reference plane.
The output angle uses the measurement datum as reference, which has been calibrated before leaving the factory.
The output of inclination change is in the form of voltage output, and its range is between 0.5V to 4.5V.
The products with cast metal shell package have the waterproof level of IP55, and with high resistance against external electromagnetic interference ability.
High ability to withstand shock and vibration.
Description of the production
AT201-SV is Two-axis digital tilt sensor. It works by measuring the changes of static acceleration of gravity, then converting them into angle changes, and the changes are shown in the form of voltage output. The measurement and output sensors are corresponding to the tilt and pitch angles of the horizontal plane.
This product is mainly used for static and slow-changing dynamic measurement, and not suitable for the rapid—changing dynamic measurement. Usually, it works well if the carrier is in level condition or the changes of pitch angle is within 5°/sec. while if the changes exceed 10°/sec, the output angle will be inaccurate because of the effect of the acceleration of generated by the movement of the carrier. The vertical high-frequency vibration of the objects lighter than 0.5g will produce little effect on the angle data.
