Detailed Product Description
AT201-SI inclinometer (accelerometer Tilt Sensor)
First, Characteristics of the Product
Silicon micro-machined sensor measures the two-axis inclination change by taking the horizontal plane as its reference plane.
The output angle uses the measurement datum as reference, which has been calibrated before leaving the factory.
The output if inclination change is in the mode of data and the interface includes TLT. The changes of the angle are corresponding to 4-20mA current.
Provide 3, 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20, 30, 45, 60, 90 and other range.
The products with cast iron shell package have the waterproof level of IP55, and with high resistance against external electromagnetic interference ability.
High ability to withstand shock and vibration.
Second, Description of the production
AT201-SI is a two-axis tilt sensor with high-accuracy by using a large range of analog current signal output. It extended the ripe technology of AT201-SC, Built-in high-precision accelerometer, and it works by measuring the changes of static acceleration of gravity, and converting them into angle changes to measure the relative tilt and pitch angles output to horizontal plane. Then switch the angle change into corresponding 4-20mA electric current output.
This product is mainly used for static and slow-changing dynamic measurement, and not suitable for the rapid—changing dynamic measurement. Usually, it works well if the carrier is in level condition or the changes of pitch angle is within 5°/sec. while if the changes exceed 10°/sec, the output angle will be inaccurate because of the effect of the acceleration of generated by the movement of the carrier. The vertical high-frequency vibration of the objects lighter than 0.5g will produce little effect on the angle data.
