Description
Compounds for co-extrusion of high weathering are manufactured in special method using weathering resins(ASA, PMMA) with weathering pigments and additives. It is easy to use in exterior products for construction (window and door piles, chassis, Fences, tiles, exterior walls, wpc and etc) and outdoor products.
- Properties
1. It has best characteristics of wethering and chemical resistance.

2. It is excellent in impact strength, especially ASA product.
3. It can be molded in thin co-extrusion layer because of excellent flow property and extrusion molding.
4. It has excellent dispersibility and surface color is can be clear.
5. It can help to save money for coloring, because coloring thickness at the surface for co-extrusion is 0.2-0.5m/m
6. Compare with wrapping products(which are adhered with PVC Deco Sheet at the surface of molding goods as second manufacturing process) , it leads to cost down and produce simply.
7. Luxurious and various feelings are available because it is possible to express at the surface of extrusion products with a wide range of colors.
8. It is available in non-gloss, metal feeling, embossing and woody pattern products.
- Applications
1. General construction products : window & door piles, dooring, molding goods, exterior walls and construction goods, blinds & vertical blinds goods, floor materials.
2. Foaming products : foaming door piles, blinds & vertical blinds goods, furnitures.
In case of co-extrusion products, new auxilary extruder (co-extruer : Single or Twin, 30-50m/m)
should be completed and existing molding should be modified partly. Operation method of main extruder is should be maintained in general conditions. Also, temperature of auxilary extruder is should be completed according to kinds and property of resins.

(size, thickness). In case of co-extrusion, it is possible to use recycled raw-material as main raw-material, It is excellent
in cost-down. When you produce woody pattern products by co-extrusion, you should apply master batch for woody pattern,
it is good to lower the temperature 10-20℃ overall than basic processing temperature conditions. When you produce foaming products, you should be noticed for more earlier foaming in case of set-up in more than 180℃ in processing temperature of extruder. Raw materials of co-extrusion products should be pre-dried (temp : 85-95℃) for 2-4hours because of moisture absorption in storing. So, you can take good surface products.
