Description summary
TTX alkaline protease is a serine endoproteinase extracted from bacillus licheniformis 2709 using a liquid fermentation technique and refined by an advanced posttreatment technique. It mainly composed by bacillus licheniformis protease, can hydrolysis the macromolecule protein into free amino acid etc.
It can be widely used in food processing (plant polypeptide extraction, the meats (bone) extractive), medicine raw material extraction, leather and wash profession.
Definition of content (GB/T235272009)
One unit (U) of alkaline protease activity is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1 μg tyrosine per minute from substrate casein at PH 10.5 and 40℃.
Applications (Adjustable according to experiment results
For heparin sodium production, it can increase uniformity of molecule and purity, after salt solution, recommended dosage of 100000 U/g protease is 24g per small intestine, pH911, 4560℃, 46h.
