SUBMERGED ARC WELDING FLUX
Name of products: Agglomerated flux type LH-SJ301
Execute standards: GB/T 5293-1999 F4A2-H08A
( Equivalent to AWS F7A0-EL8 / AWS F7A0 – EL12 )
Description of flux :
Agglomerated flux type LH-SJ 301 is a bonded neutral flux type Silicon and calcium with ball form granular of brown, about 10 – 60 mesh in size. It can be used on AC or DC power source and also can be used large current. Its unique features include stable arc, easy slag removal and smooth bead appearance.
Application: In combination with H08A , H10Mn2 wires, this flux is suitable for the welding of structures, boilers, pipelines and etc.
Typical Flux Composition Range: ( %)
Typical Mechanical Properties Of :
( GB/T5293-1999 F4A2-H08A WELDING WIRE )
Guideline for usage
1.--- Dry the flux at 300 – 350 degree centigrade for 2 hours before use.
2. ---Completely remove Rust, Oil and Dirt from the groove surface prior to welding.
NOTE:
Agglomerated flux use a binding agent to hold materials together, are baked, and broken up. Agglomerated fluxes are easier to customize for an application, and can provide various alloying elements needed for welding.
