Standards: GB/T 12470-1990 F5A0-H08A F4A2-H08A
( Equivalent to AWS A5.17 F7AZ-EL8; F6A0-EL8 )
Specifications of submerged arc welding flux: :
Agglomerated flux LH-SJ501 is a bonded type acid flux composed mainly of Aluminum and oxides with ball form granule about 10-60 Mesh in size. Its basicity is 0.5 to 0.8. It can be used on AC or DC power source, it provides good welding usability, easy slag removal, excellent anti-porosity property and beautiful bead appearance.
APPLICATIONS: in combination with submerged arc welding wire EL8 or EM12K, or EA1, this flux is suitable for welding of gas cylinder membrane water-cooled wall of boilers, etc.
The Chemical Element Of Flux:

GUIDELINE FOR USAGE:
1----- Dry the flux at 300 500 centigrade for two hors before use.
2-----Completely remove rust, oil and dirt from the groove surface prior to welding.
NOTE:
Agglomerated flux use a binding agent to hold materials together, are baked, and broken up. Agglomerated fluxes are easier to customize for an application, and can provide various alloying elements needed for welding.
