Special specifications of tungsten tube are designed and roduced according to customers requirements.
Tungsten tube uses:
1.mainly used for the thermalcouple protection tube in the high temperature furnace, sapphire single crystal furnace, support parts in the high temperature sintering furnace, etc.
2.Tungsten alloy has good radiation shielding effect, so tungsten alloy tube can be used in the medical needles. Engines used in rocket propulsion is a kind of jet engine, which uses compressive high-performance fuel.
3. When the rocket is launching, the temperature can reach more than 1000℃, and tungsten alloy tube is a kind of metal material that has strong high temperature resistance, so it is used in hou line parts and ignition tube parts in the rocket engines. Ignition tube reaches combustion chamber of engine, and produced huge heat after the ignition moment, at this moment, the ignition tube can suffer from more than 1000℃, so the material requires high temperature resistance.

1.Tungsten tube has rather high purity, and the purity is more than 99.95%.
2.The density is more than 18.2g/cm3.
3.The recommended operating temperature should be lower than 2500℃.
4.Black tungsten tube is 0.2965 at 2027℃.
5.The thermal expansion coefficient is 4.98*10-6 at 1600℃.
6.The specific heat is 0.16J/g at 1400℃.
7.Tungsten tube has low pollution.
