During inital handling table cutting saw walking section adopted hoist roller.
During cutting, according to different sections profiles it could set high speed/medium speed/low speed/creep four cutting speeds.
Control way: 7 inch touch screen+data D/A module+PLC+high perpormance controller+servo motor.
Touch screen:
A. Set tractor pulling power, pulling power range1-80kg;
B. Set auto-saw cutting position, die mouth&saw distance;
C. Set aluminum bar press quantity, eg.: set it as 2 bars, when press machine finish press 2 bars, auto-saw will cut profiles automatically, tractor back to receive profiles;
D. Shows puller car and cutting saw position, easy operation. When machine have errors, touch screen will shows error alarm records, diagnostic PLCs I/O working situation, easy maintanence.
DA Analog module: The MSR set in touch screen, Through PLC processing, DA module output the corresponding voltage value to the servo controller, to achieve accurate torque control.
PLC: All the input and output of the machine are digitized by the programmable controller. CPU has a strong capacity program memory, high-speed operation instructions, which can ensure the rapid response to the extrusion process. At the same time, it also accepts the operation procedures of various extrusion modes.
Driving controller: The latest generation of drive and control system has the characteristics of high performance and strong function. Its corresponding servo motor adopts high resolution control, speed response to achieve high speed, so it can carry out higher speed and higher precision control. Also has the motor overheating, overload, overspeed, motor blocking, motor over current protection functions.It is used with the motor to ensure low noise, low vibration, high efficiency, with speed feedback to ensure reliable control precision, and realize the closed-loop control of the motor and the driver.
