Hydraulic unit Hydraulic unit controlling clamp movement and pressure regulation to assist in the alignment and welding of the pipe precisely. Inserts & Frame Easily Interchangeable inserts to allow welding of multiple pipe sizes, rugged support frame which allows for steady welding. Control box Electric control box containing voltmeter, temperature controller and emergency stop switch as well as sockets for the facer, heater and the hydraulic unit. Heater Plate Teflon coated heater plate which guarantees high quality fusion of pipes and ease of cleaning. Wheels and handle Optional wheels and handle available for ease of transport. Also available an attachable crane to assist in pipe lifting and moving the facer and heater. Stub flange Stub flange holder to assist in the proper welding of stub flanges.
