Our enterprise is engaged in production of MHD (magneto-hydrodynamic) Lead granulation machines for manufacture of Lead (Tin, other non-ferrous alloys) shot by magneto-hydrodynamic method of casting. Magneto-hydrodynamic method means resonance jet dispersion of fluid metal jet. Thus the pellet weight and size are equa enough. There is the way to produce shot of desirable size from Lead, Tin and other Alloys due to resonance dropping of very equal pellets of non-ferrous metals in electromagnetic field. Our equipment is interesting in the way that it allows to make Shot of the desired size only, without deviation. Reconfiguration to another size of pellets is made in 3-5 minutes.
