RIZAN FELEZ TOUS Company was established in 1373 occupying 7000 square meters manufacturing area, producing and supplying a large part of the needs of the country's industry in the field of automotive parts. At the same time with the growth of the automotive industry, this organization was determined to take an effective step towards achieving these goals by properly planning and developing machines, providing appropriate infrastructure and improving manufacturing technology. Since 2003, by planning the manufacturing process in the field of producing all kinds of surplus and waste gears, he was able to produce and assemble the differential assembly of all kinds of passenger cars. This group is currently playing a role in the country's automobile industry with more than 400 direct and indirect personnel. Some of the production capacity and activities of this organization are: 1- Production and assembly of Pride, Tiba, Peugeot 405 and Pican gearbox differential set 2- Production of brass gears of Pride, Pikan, Roa, Peugeot 405 and 206 gearboxes by cold forging method 3- Production of brass gears for Pride, Pikan, Nissan, Arisan, L90 gearbox and Tiba double brass gears 4- Self-sufficiency in the implementation of heat treatment 5- Steel rim internalization 6- Production of Tiba double brass gear set 7- Internalization of the spur gear axis 8- Production of six-speed gearbox brass gears 9- Production of 5F18 gearbox parts Considering that the goal and commitment of all colleagues in all units of the organization is to do quality work, we decided to prove it by upgrading our quality management system first by implementing and compiling the requirements of the ISO IATF 16949:2009 standard in 2007 and obtaining the IATF 16949 certificate in 2016, we always consider the implementation and continuous improvement of the effectiveness of this standard as the commitment of our management and all personnel. Our company's policy is based on satisfying the demands of the automotive industry in a good way and expanding our management system on this basis.
