In 1964, a group of entrepreneurs of the mechanical sector based in Alta Valle del Tevere, Italy, founded Officine della Canonica to design and manufacture hydro-pneumatic suspensions for agricultural machines. Expansion followed in the 70s when the company entered the broader market of double- acting Hydraulic Cylinder design and manufacture. This new market allowed Officine della Canonica to acquire new customers in many sectors: earth moving machinery, fork lifts, cranes, transportation vehicles, construction and road laying machinery, etc. Officine della Canonica has procured high level tools and technologies for complete in-house production of Hydraulic Cylinders. The technology at our disposal allows Officine della Canonica to achieve a high level of production flexibility while offering complete control of the production cycle.
