Mudanjiang North Alloy Tools Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Heilongjiang North Tools Co., Ltd. of China South Industries Group Corporation. Established in 1953, we are the earliest production base of cemented carbide and tungsten alloy products in domestic market. Our company is located in the center of Mudanjiang, a famous tourist city in North China. The city is close to Suifenhe which is a Sino-Russia trade port, and Jingpo Lake which is a summer resort. Our company enjoys convenient condition in highway, railway and air transportation. We have 160 employees, and our workshop covers an area of more than 8, 000 square meters. We have more than 280 sets of advanced equipment, including spraying granulators, cold isostatic presses, 1000MT oil presses, full automatic powder presses, vacuum degreasing and sintering furnaces, high-temperature vacuum sintering furnaces, American AVS pressure sintering furnaces and ball lapping machines. Our company passed the evaluation of ISO9001:1994 quality system certification in 1997, and attained ISO9001:2000 edition transfer certification in 2002. We have also attained National Second-Class Metering Inspection Qualification. In 1986, our company joined in CTIA, becoming a director unit of Cemented Carbide Branch. Giving full play to our military industrial technology and resource advantage, we established tungsten material R&D center in domestic firstly. Our R&D center carries out projects cooperation with Harbin Institute of Technology, Beijing Institute of Technology, Nanjing University of Science & Technology and other university and research institutes. We specialize in the research and development of new materials, new process and new technology. We provide assurance to high density tungsten alloy products used in scientific research and production of national defense industry. Moreover, our company took charge in compiling Military Industry Standard WJ2605-2002 "Specification for tungsten alloy ball used in prefabricated fragment ammunition". Our company took part in National Military Standard GJB3793-99 "Specification for military use tungsten alloy ball". Some achievements in scientific research were awarded as State or Ministry Science Progress Award. In 2006, our company was listed as "High-Tech Enterprise" by Bureau of Science and Technology of Heilongjiang Province. In recent years, our company has invested over 80 million RMB in technical innovation of existed production lines. We have introduced advanced production and inspection equipment from domestic and abroad to improve our production capacity, quality of products, and market competition ability. We have two series products with independent intellectual property right - "Satellite" Brand high-density tungsten alloy and cemented carbide. Our products are widely used in machinery, electronic, mining, building material, oil and national defense industry. Our high-density tungsten alloy products include tungsten rods (diameter 5-300mm, length less than1000mm), tungsten balls (diameter 2.0-100mm), tungsten blocks, tungsten columns, electrodes, shielding plates, weighing blocks, fishing sinkers, and other special shape products. The density of our high-density tungsten alloy products is less than 18.7g/cubic meter. Cemented carbide products include YG, YT, YW, YD, YN series cutting tools, mining tools, building materials manufacture tools, and alloy for mould use.
