High Temperature Delicate White Porcelain High Temperature Delicate White Porcelain, using Jingdezhen Kaolin clay as raw material, is fired at 1380 degrees Celsius. The whole process involves 3 steps: 1). High-temperature bisquefiring. Put the clay greenware into the kiln at a high temperature of 1380 degrees Celsius. Conventional bisquefiring is usually done below 1300 degrees Celsius. 2). High-temperature glostfiring. In order to fuse the glaze to the surface of the biscuit, the biscuit is then fired for a second time and this is called glostfiring. Our glostfiring is done for about 10 hours at around 1380 degrees Celsius while conventional glostfiring is done below 1300 degrees Celsius. 3) Decal firing. Using leadfree and cadmium free decals, fired at 580 degrees Celsius. As a result, our high temperature delicate white porcelain products are whiter, brighter, and more solid than others. Bone China Our Jadewind brand is Chinese national high-quality bone china R & D demonstration brand. Jadewinds bone china products using Jingdezhen Kaolin clay and above 45% bone ash from Tibetan yak bone as raw materials, and are fired at a high temperature of 1300 degrees Celsius. As a result, our bone china products are whiter, smoother, brighter, and more translucent than others. Usually, ourceramic/porcelain products are eco-friendly, lead and cadmium free, abrasion resistant, fade resistant, oven/microwave resistant, dishware resistant¼Œsterilizer resistant and easy to clean. But because of the diversity of raw materials and manufacturing processes, these features of a specific product may be changed slightly.
