Felfoldi is a manufacturer of novelty candy products, and potpourri accessories. We were established in 1986. Since then we have grown to supply major European suppliers and IFS approved. Our plant was founded by Mr. Jozsef Felfoldi who is the heart and soul of this company since the very beginning. He has the final say in any new product development plans. Our position in the market is a unique one. In the region of Hungary there are no similar novelty candy manufacturers. Our advantage is our flexibility. We can customize product ingredients, and packaging if needed. We are continuously working to increase our production lines. This year we have doubled production capacity for 3 of our newest products. This will surely handle our ten percent increase of demand that we have experienced in the last year. We see ourselves having at least five well received products selling in USA stores within 3 years. This will create a brand awareness that will allow us to introduce more products by Felfoldi. Ten years from now Felfoldi will keep its popularity by having promotional bonus packages yearly. Our manufacturing site is over 5000 square feet and is based in Debrecen, Hungary. We currently employ over 200 workers in our production facilities. Our confectionery lines are fully automated and costume made to maximize production of our unique products. Everything from printing to packaging takes place at our plant. Our market share varies in Europe by country from 2-5%. Our most successful markets in Europe are UK, French, German, and Italian. We can regularly be contacted in person on the Chicago ALL CANDY EXPO, and ISM EXPO in Cologne. In the past 18 month we have achieved a 1.5% overall increase in Europe thanks to our new product Quick Milk for which by the way we own the patent right. The target group of end users for our confectionary products is children from the age of 3 to 16. Our products range from bathroom and potpourri accessories to novelty candy products. Our candy products are packaged strategically to make them the perfect impulse buy products. We specialize in confectionery products that are creative and playful. All of our products are manufactured under the FELFOLDI label giving our products brand recognition. Our facilities are HACCP certified. We are also working with IFS to get an additional certification from January of 2008. All of our products also undergo a microbiological certification process. Our research and development team invests a great deal of resources into developing products that are appealing to our target market. All product ideas then go under testing in our laboratory. The communication between R&D and the lab is continuous to ensure proper testing, and results. To ensure the highest quality we only manufacture for order.
