Respected Sir/Madam, EastIndiaDrums&BarrelsManufacturingCompany(EIDB) established in 2013 under the proprietary ship of Mr. Madhav Valia & started commercial production from October 2013 at Vapi Unit. In 2014 we get our management system certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015,ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 from TUV India. The whole technical team in East India have more than 25 years of Packaging Industry Experience(Yashraj). We have state of art automatic barrel manufacturing line (Liefeld make) with British federal welder with installed capacity 4000 Drums/Day. Also we have PLC controlled spray systems for Painting & Lacquering/Epoxy coating process. We had installed Gas Fire ovens for baking process of Paint & Epoxy.(conventionally people use FO or Diesel). In August 2014 East India had started operations in second unit at Sonipat, Haryana. In January 2016 we started operation in our third unit at Daman, UT . Then we shift our Vapi(Gujarat) operations to Daman(U.T. of Dadra Nagar Haveli & Daman & Diu),India. Products we are offering TIGHT HEAD BARRELS/CLOSE TOP BARRELS (MS & GI) Standard Capacity- 135/200/210/225/235 litres Steel Thickness range -0.80 mm to 1.25 mm OPEN TOP BARRELS Standard Capacity- 200/210/225/235 litres/Kgs Steel Thickness range 0.80 mm to 1.25 mm LACQUERED BARRELS Steel Thickness range -0.80 mm to 1.25 mm COMPOSIT BARRELS Standard Capacity-205 litres Liner White/Blue Weight Range- 21.5 Kg to 25.5 Kg MS DRUMS/PAILS(SMALL DRUMS) Capacity- 20/25/35/50/70 Lit/Kg Made from Prime CRCA Material( 0.45 mm to 0.80mm) We also have Valid BIS certification for manufacturing & marking of products as per IS 1783 Part-1 , Part-2, IS 13997 Grade A & B & IS 3575 -Bitumen Drum at all three units. We are also lifetime member of Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP). We can obtain UN certificate and mark UN Number on product as per customer requirement.
